This is one of our favorite breakfasts thanks to our good friends Glen & Myndi.  We woke up and made it this morning.  It requires a little prep work but oh so good!  If anyone wants me to post the recipe let me know!
Here's a mini update from our cleanse.  We haven't had gotten up and made coffee for 3 weeks.  We've had a cup here and there bc we wanted to but it's usually toward the afternoon and not bc we need energy to keep us moving.  We start each day with the kale, cucumber, red pepper & grapefruit juice now.  That seems to jumpstart our brains and get us moving more quickly.  We weren't huge meat eaters before but are even less now since we both crave vegetables most of the time so that's what we have.  I think I can count on one hand how many times I've had meat in this time period and I'll be honest and say that I don't think I'd miss it if I didn't have it again.  The kids love their daily smoothies and we've been sneaking more things into them without them noticing.  SHHHHHH!  Now if I could just get Sutton to eat a vegetable we'd be all set!
