FINALLY!!!! I found a recipe for blueberry muffins that I LOVE!!!! Apparently everyone else in my house loved them too bc they didn't last long and I had to make another batch the next morning! I've tried a few times but hmmmmm...not so good; kinda like cardboard! I'm really getting into making a lot of our own things bc that way I know what's in it and I can make them about 99.9% organic. What bugs me about going to the grocery store and picking things up is that a simple blueberry muffin has 101 ingredients in it. Seriously, this takes about 6.
