I decided yesterday that I'm going to be done with meat and see how I do. I'm not becoming a vegan bc I'll still eat animal products such as eggs, cheese and yogurt and I'll still eat fish. My friend Jenny I believe labels it a pescetarian. Or something to that extend. We don't eat a lot of meat in our house anyhow but I wanted to make a conscience effort and cut it out for a month and see how I feel. I watched a piece of Food Inc. (I'll be watching the entire thing soon) and it made me want to vomit to learn how farmers are growing our food to feed the population nowadays. This is NOT the same food that my grandparents and your grandparents ate while growing up. It's pumped full of hormones and antibiotics which in turn are impacting your body ever so slightly every time you consume it. I HIGHLY recommend watching this to everyone. Knowledge is power and when you start putting things in your body you should grab as much knowledge on the situation as possible!
Here's Miss Mya. Can you believe she's going to be 9 this year? CRAZY!
