HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
I made dinner for Scott tonight.  On the menu was mixed grape tomatoes & basil, drizzled with balsamic and served with fresh mozzarella.  Homemade pumpkin/butternut squash ravioli with a maple, sage cream sauce and followed by strawberries dipped in white and dark chocolate. 

Dinner turned out amazing.  Scott had gone down to the wine tasting store and picked out a nice bottle of wine to compliment it all.  It was my first time making ravioli and I still have a few things to learn.  Next time will be even better!
This was the kid's dinner tonight.  Of course I couldn't leave them out.  The only thing Sutton will eat on his pizza is black olives.  Both the kids are black olive freaks!  LOL
