I spent tonight getting ready for a detox cleanse that Scott and I will be doing together for the next 7 days. It's a fairly intense detox that focuses on the alkalinity of food. Our past few months (year even) have been non-stop and we realized that we were not focusing on our health like we used to. We never really gained weight but we were directly affected by our diets in other ways. We are tired constantly, the amount of coffee to get through the day is in astronomical amounts, our patience is short....these are just a few. We're hoping to rebalance our bodies by cutting out the sugars and complex carbs. It's going to be a long week...
